Processing of orders can take up to 10 business days due to order volume.
· If you received an email saying your order shipped but, you don’t see tracking info; we more than likely have the label printed and the package is waiting to be fulfilled. So what you received was an automated e-mail saying the item shipped, but really, we just have the label ready to go.
· You placed an order for a firearm package, now what? Send that bad boy in! As soon as you place the order, print out the invoice and put in the package the gun will be coming to us in. You can send to the address listed above to ATTN: Coordinator.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECTED TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
We accept returns and exchanges on products & gunsmith packages purchased directly from us up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in the original packaging.
· To send back an item for an exchange or return: As long as you meet the above requirements, you may send the item back to us. Please include a note inside stating your contact information and why you are sending the item back. See below for shipping information.
· *A refund will NOT be issued for a damaged frame body*
· All Firearm Sales Are FINAL.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.
If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:

If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or Credit Card Company. There can be longer delays in posting refunds and Tactical Freak LLC does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.

We will exchange only new & unused items in their original packaging with additional shipping paid for by the customer. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at . Please see below for shipping information.
Returning or Exchanging Gifts
Products received as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser. All returns or exchanges must be new & unused items in their original packaging. Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds. Please see below for shipping information.
No returns or exchanges can be accepted for stripped set screws, unless otherwise proven to be a manufacturing defect.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable. If the value of the return or exchange is significant, please consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 787 Tactical Freak LLC does not independently insure return shipments.
